How billing works

What counts as an event?

Any action sent to Zortilla, such as a page view, screen view, tap or a custom event like order_placed. Event properties and user profile updates are free.

What happens if we go over our limit?

Nothing breaks. On Free, we keep collecting for the rest of the month and ask you to choose a plan. On Growth, extra events are billed per million at the rate shown, up to 20 million.

Can we change plans later?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.

Is there a trial of Growth?

Yes. Growth is free for 14 days with no card required. You move back to Free automatically if you do not choose a plan.

Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?

Prices are in US dollars. We accept major credit and debit cards, and invoices with bank transfer on yearly plans.
